    • Baku: Itinerary name
    • Client: Client names
    • DMC Reference: DMC’s reference for the offer
    • Own Reference: TO’s custom reference for the offer
    • URL: Link to the personalized itinerary webpage
    • Travel Date
    • Last Update
    • Status: Indicates whether the offer is confirmed, canceled, or on request

  • Each offer includes:
    • A button to upload documents in PDF or Word (e.g., prices, conditions)
    • A button to generate a QR code
    • A button to create a Word-format document of the offer

  • User Management: Users can manage their accounts and utilize the following features:
    • Preferences Menu
    • My Account: Manage name, email, preferred language, price type, and currency
    • Users: Add new users under the same account and manage their permissions
    • Information: Upload the TO’s logo to appear on all documents, manage addresses, languages, emails, website, and phone numbers
    • Offices: Open branch offices and link users
    • Commission and Profit: Set margins and commissions to automatically calculate intermediary and final client prices
    • Currency: Define exchange rates in the preferred currency
    • Baku Layout: Configure TO’s brand colors to match corporate identity
    • Change Password Menu: Allows users to update their password.

  • Web Services Menu: This is the interface for TOs to export all types of content from the Latinconnect platform. A manual is available for configuring the system for content export.

  • Support: Users can open tickets to report issues, bugs, or development requests.
